Reviewed By MGB99After walking many kilometres and staying in cold comfort ospitali and dodgy albergos, I thought I had arrived in heaven when the door opened here. A warm greeting from the gorgeous Maria, beautifully decorated interior, a wonderful bedroom with everything you could want and, to cap it all off, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views and a brilliant restaurant. The owner (whose name I have rather ungraciously forgotten) has renovated the building to the highest standard, decorated it beautifully and is also a wonderful host, informative and helpful. I wasn't given a room key (don't worry, they do have them) but didn't bother asking for one as I felt so at home. Sure, it's a bit more expensive than your average B&B but it is not your average B&B by any means. The only down side was leaving. Martin B Australia

Reviewed By ReginaMarie4243256The location is lost, there's nothing around. The pool, dog and garden are nice, but that's all. I would not recommend it to young people, family, or active people. Or no more than 2 days, except if pool is your only definition of holidays. And you'll need a car.

Heaven on earth
Reviewed By FrankXXXWe did not know what to expect but it was all very pleasant. Charming lady at the reception. Nice room with an exit to the pool. My wife jumped in the water. We sat by the pool for a long time. Then we had dinner downstairs, where her father and another guest was. Tried to spreak Italian to the max. The dinner was very good. We slept very wel after asking for an extra blanket. In the morning we went to the breakfast, you could order what you wanted. We were leaving as friends.

This B&B is an intimate, romantic, refined, elegant and never too formal retreat. Breakfast can be made in the large living room with the imposing fireplace in front of the large terrace overlooking the park with swimming pool and barbecue, all available to guests. In the house there are three types of rooms all bright, livable and comfortable where each guest can stay in respect of maximum privacy and privacy. All the rooms have private en-suite facilities with windows, super-equipped with air conditioning, a hair dryer, a laundry basket, a courtesy kit and all the safety devices.

Reviewed By danielemora1969Pur avendo trascorso pochi notti non posso far altro che lodare le sue caratteristiche, trattandosi di un B&B bello, comodo, pulito ed elegante, oltre che funzionale. Le camere sono ampie e spaziose, tanto che definirle camere è riduttivo, fornite di tutti i confort necessari e mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio ed a renderli pienamente autonomi. E' collocato in una posizione strategica, a metà strada tra il mare e il centro di roma ed il lago di Bracciano nonchè vicinissimo al parco di Veio per le sue escursioni. Magnifico lo consiglio.
