Friendly and accommodating staff made for a pleasant stay
Reviewed By Julie PWe had a really nice weekend as a family of 4. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean and looks updated. Our room was pretty large for a 2queen bed room with a fridge and a nice desk/ work area. My son decided he didn’t want to sleep in the same bed as his sister so he asked the front desk for a roll-away and they brought one down right away and did not charge us. The bed fit fine since the room is extra large. Breakfast was good. And the swimming pool area is nice.

Reviewed By 439nathankVery clean, nice pool, probably the cleanest hampton inn I've ever stayed at. Good breakfast, it's next to schnucks and other shopping so great location. Went to chaumette winery which was nice but they were out of wine.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Reviewed By Mobile762327The room was VERY dirty. There was no FRIDGE (not told that they are only in certain rooms) and my room was apparently not one of them. There was NO HOT WATER. Will NEVER stay here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Reviewed By tlsutton25The receptionist was wonderful, the hotel itself was exceptional and clean. We rented the king room with the jacuzzi for a night away from the kids. Everything was wonderful. We're definitely going to do it again.

Reviewed By Bethany2020HI purchased a room online on 2/28/2022 for one night of 3/18/2022 for my mother funeral. The amount was $68 and some change. I was traveling from Springfield MO to Farmington MO. I arrived at the hotel on 3/18/2022 to check in and the front desk lady told me the total was $96 and some change. When I asked what the charge was for she told me it was a security deposit and I would get it back after check out. I told the lady I already paid online a month ago. She again reassured me that it was only a security deposit and I would get it back. I saw that the charge went through all the way on 3/22/22. I called the manger and he continued to give me several different excuses as to what the charge was. He then told me it was for a reservation that I didnt cancel. I told him I stayed there and didnt cancel it. He proceeded to yell at me "I TOLD YOU IT WAS FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDNT CANCEL! WHAT ARE YOU NOT UNDERSTANDING ABOUT NOT GETTING A REFUND" He then hung up on me and when I called back he wouldnt answer and refused to give me corporates number while I was on the call. I stay there any time I am coming back to the hometown and I can guarantee I will NEVER be staying there again after being scammed out of essentially $100. The general manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

Reviewed By bheinz567606Clean, comfortable, looked like the room was recently updated except for bathroom. Staff was very nice and friendly. Nicely located next to stores and restaurants and next to a cinema that has 4 screens.
