Site in the town center, the hotel offers the pleasure of staying in the late eighteenth century, including authentic period furniture, coffered ceilings and vaulted staircases, imposing walls and niches. Wherever the clay of brick tells centuries of history. The restaurant offers a cuisine that follows the oldest Piedmontese tradition, with typical dishes prepared in the presentation to taste them at their best. Reviewed By Gabriel HThis is a hidden gem. A small place with only 8 tables or so, in two separate rooms, it offers a sense of intimacy while serving some of the best food in the Piemonte. All the pastas are prepared by hand on the property and served with delicae sauces or the best white truffle in season. The Vitello Tonnato is excellent, the breast of fassone is superb, but the most famous dish at this place is "Il Bollito misto a sette tagli", or seven cuts of boiled meat, served with seven special sauces. It is a Piamontese specialty.

Il nostro piccolo B&b si trova a pochissimi passi dal centro di Carrú, vicino a tutti i ristoranti che potete raggiungere a piedi per degustare il buon bollito. L’orchidea è composto da un’alloggio con 5 posti letto ed è composto da 2 camere da letto, cucina e bagno.

"I Perticali" capture initially for its location, B & B overlooking the pool and, in fact, directly on the impassable cliffs erosion narrate by Carducci. The elegance of the building marries the sober line of accessibility, the modernity and functionality of the structure is that the tourist does not imagine to find in the heart of the historic center of Carru.

Una mansarda accogliente, caldissima e tenuta alla perfezione, unita alla gentilezza e alla massima disponibilità di Dario, lo consiglio davvero!!! La posizione in pieno centro permette di avere a disposizione in pochi passi ogni servizio e gli ottimi ristoranti di Carrù....da non perdere!!!

The tower of our B&B overlooking the Langhe hills of "big stew" and Dolcetto wine.We have three large rooms: the yellow as beautiful as the sun, the blue spacious as the sky, the green quiet as the hills.Maybe exaggerating, but we love our B & B and then ... welcome in our home!Breakfast will be a sweet surprise ...

Reviewed By lot56I met Fabio, the owner of this B&B, somewhere on the autostrada between Milano and Alessandria, talking about bike travelling. Since I was heading towards the Piemonte and Fabio could offer a multiday stay, I decided to go to the Lange Region, to Carru, hitherto unknown to me (Cuneo, the most architectural city not far away, too). And I did not regret this spontaneous decision. I could park my Electra Glide rig in a garage, an asset at times of thunderstorms, next to his splendid white Road King. He showed me a couple of very interesting restaurants, including the fabulous Le Baladin, a micro brewery in a village nearby with more than twelve excellent artisan beers, amazing in this region of world class wine. He gave me a lesson making casalinga pizza the right way including his specialty with Nutella and fruits. He also gave me a hand doing stuff on the bike. His hospitable wife Floriana provided a great breakfast both salty and sweet. The room and bath were immaculate. Abundant coffee, mineral waters and snacks for free. The wifi was working well. It was hard to move on and say ariverderci to this beautiful family.

It is very spacious, with an small kitchen which puts you in autonomy to make a quick meal or a wine/cheese tasting (if are still digesting the Piemontese Meat Boil. The staff is very courteous and it is pet friendly.
