Since Baypark Inn is not yet in Trip Advisor, I decided to put the rate under Baypark Hotel since it is under the same management. Pros: New building (June 2019) Nice and friendly staff Affordable rate (Php 1000 for 24hrs for matrimonial room) Key card for room Free wifi Clean bedroom Aircon is cool Comfortable bed Cable tv Clean bathroom Hot and cold shower Bidet Free 2 toothbrush with toothpaste Free soap Conditioner and shampoo dispenser Cons: *Free parking but area is quite limited No free breakfast Me and my husband will definitely come back when we need to stay in Calbayog, Samar.

Our friendly and hospitable personnel are willing to assist you in your need and concerns, ensuring your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing compares to its relaxing and quite location as the pensionne is located in a non-commercial area.

Reviewed By MukoyWe were disappointed. After reading the great reviews we were met with holes in the sheets, a grossly filthy rug, broken shower and an indifferent attitude. The linen and towels smelled clean and fresh. The floor was freshly swept and the yard was kept up. We had planned on staying multiple nights, but chose to move on.

Reviewed By Rinne1960Ja es stimmt ,muss mich den anderen anschließen ! Karaoke nervt total ! Das Land ist schön und die Vielfalt auf den Philippinen ,ist dem Land nicht abzusprechen . Müll wird einfach in den Wälder (Urwald) entsorgt oder verbrannt ! Würde jeden von einem Luxusurlaub auf dem Philippinen abraten ! Das Land ist schön aber die Städte sind laut und dreckig! Menschen sind aber freundlich und hilfsbereit

modern and affordable hotel
Reviewed By 528Ericpfound this modern hotel by accident as we were looking for a lodging for the night. its modern and affordable. booked at a family room and its has all the amenities including a keycard for security purposes. the aircon was very cold and the bathroom very clean with hot and cold water. its also has an elevator, luckily for us as we are booked on the 3rd floor. great of all, time of your check in is also the time of your check out. we arrived around 7pm to check in. no free breakfast though but there are carenderias nearby where you can eat home cooked meals at affordable prices. there is also a big supermarket across and lots of eating places. novo mall is just beside the hotel. very accessible. our only gripe is the theres no bellboy to help with the baggages and they have no parking space. definitely would recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a place to stay in calbayog city
