Reviewed By MalgorzataMazurFamily-run hotel located 800 meters from the Teutonic Knights Castle. I recommend lux rooms. In hotel swimming pool, jacuzzi, billiard. Good food in homemade style and friendly, family atmosphere. In big banquete room there is a piano and there are 2 smaller rooms for private meetings. The most valuable elements of the natural Bytów environment are oligotrophic lobelia lakes and peatbogs with dystrophic ponds. There are some relict and dying species. Bytowskie Lake District is one of the main lobelia lakes area. The largest and deepest lake Jeleń lies witin the city limit of Bytów. Lake area is 79 hectares and a depth of max. 32.2 m The lake is very clean and pikes, eels, perchs, roachs live in it .

The resort "Green Hills" In the resort "Green Hills" we offer luxury homes for 6 and 15 people. All the houses are comfortably furnished. Each house has its own garden and sandbox. Houses are located 50 meters from the lake and a private beach. The resort's beach has volleyball and basketball court. Guests are offered kayaks. Lake is full of fish. We invite you to our resort "Green Hills" For resort guests, we offer trough the hole year peace, quiet, and: 7 houses for 6-people, with two bedrooms, bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. 2 houses for 15 people, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one with sauna. Large living room with fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen. kayak, windsurfing, boat, lake fully loaded fishes, In region mass of forest and lakes, and a lot of marked bicycle routes nearby Mini ZOO, place for barbecue.

Reviewed By MaggiedusiaDecent little cabins and tons of things to do with little kids- animals, lake, playground. The equipment needs replacement- none of the kayaks was in good condition. The beach also was totally dirty even though we stayed there for a long weekend- Corpus Christi holiday in June- one of the busiest times for Poles to travel before the summer kicks in. Someone should be taking care of that a bit more. The sand boxes by the cabins need a good clean too- god knows when the sand was changed last. The owner was quite grumpy, but the staff was nice. Overall we had a nice time, though improvements are needed.

Main attractions of the region are lakes and forests plus an old crusader\'s castle. If you value comfort , quietude and complete relaxation after the efforts of your travel you will find it all in our family -run hotel. In our cosy one, two and three person rooms with bath,telephone and television you will find everything you need for work or relaxation. There are parking places available for our guests.

Reviewed By Pavia1107Store rene værelser, exceptionel service og rigtig fin morgenmad. Alt i alt et rigtigt fint hotel til prisen. Kommer gerne igen. Ser ud af meget lidt men overordnet ganske positivt. 24 timers reception og fri parkering.

Reviewed By Jet50869I cannot access any internet except from recepsion. In the rooms, in the hotel restaurant, there is no internet connection. I’m still staying at this hotel. As they mentioned, they are 4 stars hotel, but about this basic issue, they didnt do anything

Niestety pokoje nie są sprzątane przed sezonem ANI OGRZEWANE LUB WIETRZONE, liczne pajęczyny i pająki, na kaflach pod prysznicem owłosienie po poprzednikach, oraz brud. Jak ktoś stanie autem pod domkiem straszony jest strażą leśną i wysokimi mandatami, mimo terenu prywatnego. Trawa przy ośrodku nie koszona, licznie leżące szyszki co jest niedopuszczalne na placu zabaw. Obiady w wysokiej cenie a porcje jak dla przedszkola. Śniadania niedopuszczalne. Dodatkowe niemałe opłaty za prąd. Cena domku jak na warunki w nim panujące koszmarna. Klienci zmuszani są do brania posiłków w przeciwnym razie domek nie zostanie im wynajęty mimo pustki, która tu panuje. Ośrodek po prostu tragedia, lecz z dużym potencjałem w odpowiednich rękach.

Beznadziejne podejście do gościa!
Reviewed By MartiW54Chciałabym się podzielić moimi odczuciami jeśli chodzi o podejście do potencjalnych gości. TRZY TYGODNIE wcześniej zarezerwowałam pokój w powyższym ośrodku przez booking.com. Zarezerwowany pokój był dwuosobowy z PRYWATNĄ łazienką na 4 NOCE . Pani z owego pensjonatu zadzwoniła do mnie niecały tydzień przed wyjazdem i poinformowała mnie, że wystąpił chyba jakiś błąd bo tego pokoju już nie ma i może mi zaproponować pokój jedynie ze WSPÓLNĄ łazienką. Pani oczywiście nie zaproponowała mi ani żadnych zniżek, a wręcz przeciwnie na moje lekkie oburzenie tą sytuacją odpowiedziała, że przecież zdążę sobie jeszcze coś znaleźć !!! Powiedziałam, że do niej oddzwonię. Oddzwoniłam drugi raz, a ta sama Pani poinformowała mnie, że ten pokój ze wspólną łazienką będzie ale nie na cztery noce tak jak chciałam docelowo tylko na krócej! Sytuacja i podejście do klienta były kompletnie niepoważne. Zero skruchy, przeprosin i tylko teksty, że to nie jej wina i mogę sobie jeszcze znaleźć coś innego. Naprawdę? Oczywiście, że mogę! Ale szukanie czegoś na ostatnią chwilę w dobie koronawirusa nie jest łatwe i przyjemne! Jestem zawiedziona całą sytuacją i na przyszłość proszę się zastanowić nad podejściem do gości. Pozdrawiam!
