Reviewed By sarethadUpon my arrival to Andrew Texas I felt lost. I did not have a way to work nor was there an Uber, taxi or transportation services. I was frantic but that morning the Manager offered to take me to work as well as make sure I got a ride to and from work until I was able to get transportation. The hotel is absolutely clean, spacious and pleasant. I can’t say enough about the staff from housekeeping, front desk and manager. The hotel staff is courtesy, considerate and caring individual employed there. Thank you guys.

Reviewed By I5339BFrosevBest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Service is great. Mine was at the pool when we went so it was nice. Coffee taste good and I like the fact that they have chocolate also. Breakfast is good and tasty. I enjoyed the extra hour of stay.

Our stay included three rooms, all dirty and not in good condition (unclean, leaking shower, no soap or shampoo due to broken dispenser). My credit card was also double charged for the rooms. When calling to address the issue, the owner hung up on me. I had to go through Amex to dispute the charge. Basically there is no internet access - the connection is horrible.

Without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in
Reviewed By Jennifer KThis is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I will start with the safety issues. There was no smoke detector. Just an empty spot where one should be. The bed frame on one side had pieces that jutted out several inches from the bed. They were dangerous and scraped my husband and my son This room and all of the items in it were covered in a layer of filth that looks like it has never been scrubbed. There were holes in the towels, cigarette burns in the bedding, and a giant hole above the shower. The shower would go between freezing and scalding. I booked through hotels.com and notified them. They contacted the owners who refused to do anything.
