The Province of Seville (Spanish: Sevilla) is a province of southern Spain, in the western part of the autonomous community of Andalusia. This is in San Francisco Square. It is now a gov't building with limited access. The outside holds the balcony where many speeches were delivered through the centuries. On one side is art deco block and other historic older buildings
