We are open until Christmas Eve (half day on dec 24th). Please view our website and Instagram (#hoptrofflee) for all updates including any changes to our opening hours, directions to the shop, products, etc. You will find us in a little Dickensian building just off the High Street in the centre of Stamford, Lincolnshire, England. Our additional retail area at The Stamford Corn Exchange Cafe and Shops on Broad street is open until Christmas Eve and has different opening times so you can always pop in there to visit too. Stamford is a great half way stop just off the A1 motorway if you happen to be travelling North. There is easy parking in a large lot next to the Town Meadows. Traffic was quite busy getting through the main town on a Sunday but it was well worth it. You can picnic on the town meadows where there are picnic tables available. Enjoy a stroll through the stone town with its lovely church spires and lanes to explore. There are cafes and restaurants to enjoy. A very pleasant stop of our journey North.

Loomes invite you to a talk and tour of watchmaking; the event gave a fascinating insight into horology and how this small familymake and repair clocks and watches. The skilled and professional team made this an evening to remember. Look out for future events - they don't happen often, but should not be missed
