My boyfriend and I stopped by after seeing a brochure for smoked Salmon samples and this place was so amazing! Kori our amazing helper gave us 7-8 samples of different salmon, and she was super knowledgeable about the different products. We never felt rushed or like a nuisance and the atmosphere very relaxed. The prices were super reasonable and there were lots of sales going on as well. Afterwards, Kori took a photo of us with a huge salmon - so cheesy but cute. She made this visit so incredible for us, a stop is a must on any road trip!!

This is the way bookstores used to be, before they became box stores. Whenever we visit Anacortes we always stop here, peruse the interesting selection, perhaps get a gift certificate for our grand daughter, and otherwise appreciate this place. I know it has been under precarious financial circumstances for some time, Such s the fate of independent bookstores in the cyber age. Hey, why not buy a good book, hold it in your hand, turn the pages, underline, take notes. No electricity or internet connection required. It won't take your picture, it won't contact your friends, but it might just inspire you with an idea that can make a difference in your life.

Love everything about this shop ...knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful service and wonderful products. The only problem is making a decision. I personally love the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar. I've tried several different brands and this is by far the best. A nice clear lemon..use sparingly...it goes a long way. A must do in Anacortes .
