Hunter's Dream Estate

The moment we set eyes on this wonderful estate we fell in love with its enchanting scenery and stimulating natural spirit. As one of the original Hunter Valley estates established over a half a century ago, it was our dream to rejuvenate the existing vines and bring new beauty and wonder to the landscape. Now, many years and vintages later we are very proud to share that dream with you at our beautifully appointed cellar door. Come and enjoy our exquisite wines and new culinary range, taking the time to explore our grounds and experience the estate’s unique tranquillity. In this way, we hope our dream can in some way help to fuel your own.

Great experience. Beautiful cellar door with lovely scenery. We were lucky enough to be served by Cherie who was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our tasting amazing.

Wallis Creek Watergarden

What an amazing place, even in drought times, though it was drizzling when we were there, looking for information on a at home frog habitat. We were made very welcome to just wander and look. Nola's collection of water lilies and lotus is amazing; as was her knowledge which she freely shared. There are urns and water bowls available to purchase, as well as water lilies and lotuses, even little fish. So many water lilies, and lotuses: going back?? you betcha! ???? Just have to work out how big a water bowl will suit us.

There is a cafe and gift shop, nursery sales, guided tours, Children's Adventure Trail and facilities for weddings, conferences and other functions. An amazing place for a picnic or walk just off the main road. We have passed this place so many times without realising it was here. The kids loved the picnic area and the walking trails. There was lots of fauna and flora to discover which is always fun for under 5yo kids. We'd recommend making an afternoon of it and packing a picnic.
