Definitely a unique experience which builds your kitchen confidence. Small group of eight split up into four workstations with constant attention from the professional staff. Great tips on preparing the dishes from chopping, measuring ingredients, temperature, dough rising, and more. Meal comes together as the four teams finish their dishes. Very relaxed and professional.

I make a 30 mile round trip once a week to shop at this wonderful produce provider. Wide and interesting selection that lasts several days beyond typical grocery store produce. Nice, friendly staff that never fails to ask to carry my box of purchases to the car.
