Sometimes called the “Portuguese Rome” for its many churches, Braga is an ancient town in northwest Portugal. Its history and livelihood are tied to Christianity dating to the 3rd century. The city’s 12th-century Sé (Cathedral) is still one of the most popular attractions. Just outside of town lies the renowned Bom Jesus de Monte pilgrimage sanctuary, with its striking Baroque stairway. After dark, the stoic town turns upside down, with a rich nightlife thanks to its many university students.

It is a space of contemplation and dialogue with nature. Locate on a hill on the outskirts of the city; the farm has a stunning surrounding landscape. To the east, the Faleperra hill with the Sameiro Basilica and the Promontory of Bom Jesus; to the northeast, hillside on the Cavado riverbank, the sunny village of Amares, with the background of the mountain ranges of Geres and Cabreira; to the west, the serene valley of Cavado river elongates towards the sea; south, down the slope, the National Monument of the Sete Fontes, an ancient complex of water mines, gives access to the city Braga. We practice organic and biodynamic agriculture, where the process used does not affect the environment. Fertilizers are natural, derived from composting of organic waste. The health of the soil is essential for the health of plants, and living beings are precious in fighting pests and diseases. This allows us to display a range of certified products and high quality – fruits and vegetables, honey, handmade jams, aromatic and medicinal plants, spices, herbal teas and aloe vera. The vineyard is grounded on granitic soils and arranged in terraces along a hillside blessed with a microclimate, resulting in wines naturally influenced by the natural and environmental conditions. Careful selection of noble grape varieties– Alvarinho, Avesso and Trajadura for white wines – Vinhao for red wines, the use of natural organic processes of soil fertilization and nutrition, a careful monitoring in the preservation and phytosanitary treatment of the vineyards, plus a late harvest, with the aim of balancing levels of acidity and maturity have allowed quality harvests and wine productions.

We are located in the historical center of Braga. We created a different concept from the rest of the city. We are a vintage place, where you will feel like at home. We are not simply a bar, our decoration (example: vintage stuff) are for sale, the main room seems like a room of our parents and grandparents house. We have amazing cocktails to be drinked with the souds of the 70's, 80's and 90's.

7 WINGS provides unique, enriching and memorable moments through Sensory Experiences to give you a sense of Braga through the senses and enable us to understand and interpret the authenticity of Braga. It is probably the best way to learn about myths, legends, heritage, culture, gastronomy, less known places and some curiosities.
During the course of my life, I have been lucky enough to visit many different cities, cultures, traditions, and striking landscapes. I have taken pleasure in savoring the many different dishes accompanied by the regional wines, all of which have been passed down from generation to generation and continue to impart the toil and teachings that define them. It is in this ancient Portugal that we stir up the senses! It will be my pleasure to accompany you where you wish to go. Luis Corrula.
