This a small privately owned Maple syrup farm owned and run by Roger Bell (just call him Rodger) and his dog Hunter. The friendliest dog I have ever met. If you try and ignore him he will tap on your knee to give him some attention. Roger gladly will provide free tours and display all his modern equipment and explain the maple syrup production process. It is truly amazing. Rodger also sells the syrup in his little store, and many of the bottles are decoratively painted or etched. The syrup is outstanding especially the Bourbon aged syrup that is unique and tastes out of this world. The cost of similar quality syrup is less then store bought. This is a great place to take children too. It will only take an hour of your time to have a great experience

We love going to Hillside Farms with our family. There is so much to see and do and the kids absolutely love it! Whether it be feeding the ducks and llamas, reading to the cows, looking at the other animals, exploring the outdoors, browsing the shops, or eating the delicious ice cream - it’s always a great time. We really love getting milk there too as it’s so fresh. Hillside is a great place to spend a few hours during the spring/summer months. We love it!
