Tired, dated and depressing place. Definitely not a hotel, but that was not informed on the booking site -found that out after returning home. In case you stay here (which can’t be recommended) make sure to bring ear plugs in case you want to get any sleep. Location ok(ish), but the area is very dirty and unpleasant. In case you wanna avoid walking to closest metro station Hoche, just take the tram (stop is just around the corner) to Porte de Pantin and continue from there with metro.

The hotel is fine but stay away from this area. Saint Denis and nearby are full of gangs. The experience we had whilst there for the UCL Final was disgraceful. I would never go there again. Coming out of the stadium was very scary. Gangs waiting to pounce. It was like lambs to the slaughter. If you’re thinking of going to the Rugby World Cup or the Olympics, I would think twice!

Room and washroom was extremely small. Washroom was equivalent to size of a closet with almost nil space to even take shower. Even the bed size was not sufficient for two people, it was not even queen size bed. There was foul smell in the room. Hotel is located at Saint Denis and we got confused with other Apart Hotel in the city and mistakenly landed in this one. Saint Denis area was very far from city center and roads were very isolated especially after 10 PM. Breakfast was very limited with only cold items like bread, muffin, crossaints and whole fruits. Egg was to be boiled on our own. Only advantage was train station Carrefour Payel was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and it had kitchen in the room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are a couple because it is not even 1% worth the experience you would want in a city like Paris since it was a disaster for me and my husband. You might save on hotel but travelling would be painful to main attractions of Paris since it is very far from central Paris.

This is a studio apartment that we booked for a part family, part business trip to Paris - two adults and one child. Finding it was complicated by the fact that the street numbering is a bit haphazard but I suspect that this is just the strange way that numbers jump around a bit in some French streets. Having said this, it's all good once you get there. The apartment is simple and clean and comprises of one large room containing the sleeping area and a small kitchenette and a separate bathroom. There is a small terrace attached to the apartment at the front of the building with a table which was a nice place to eat some food. The street that the apartment is in is very quiet which was nice because it meant that we all got some really good sleep. The only criticisms that we had were that the TV didn't really work properly and that the channels that were programmed in didn't include a kids channel or something like BBC worldwide news. Also, a tea towel for drying up plates and so on would have been good because we ended up using the bathroom towels. In truth however these are very small things, our overall experience was definitely positive. The apartment was clean, the beds were reasonably comfortable and the kitchenette has just the right amount of stuff that you need. It's not what you'd describe as luxury accommodation, but if you're looking for simplicity and a comfortable place to lay your head at a reasonable price then this would be a good choice and it's somewhere that we'd definitely come back to.

Clean and very friendly personal. Nearby you have shopping center , bars and pizzerias. DO NOT use the transportation services offered at the front desk. THEY TELL YOU A PRICE AT THE FRONT DESK AND WE YOU ARRIVE AT THE DESTINATION THE DRIVER CHARGE YOU MORE. Get Uber as better choose to avoid the RIP OFF , very sad.

The studio has kitchen facilities which can be very useful, but it is a big problem that it is not possible to reserve a specific studio even if you book very early in advance. If you get one of the studios that is closest to the main road you wake up at 4:30 in the morning. Also I got a studio with two beds that could not be moved together and the bed was really bad. The pillow was hard as a stone and impossible to sleep on. The telephone charges are very high: 0,60 euros for 50 seconds. The maid did not come for the weekly cleaning on the scheduled day. If you need clean towels you are charged extra, but the receptionist is the real problem. I had a very bad experience because of her ten years ago, but I thought perhaps she did not work there any more so I made another try. Parisienne! Her rudeness and complete lack of service-mindedness is enough to spoil any holiday.

The room was dirty, There were someone else's hair on the bed, the toilet was sticky and the bathroom dirty! It didn't even had Wi-Fi... Cheap doesn't have to mean dirty, but in this case that is all it is.
