So we went to see Simone at Reeds bay as we met her last year, an absolutely amazing and friendly person, this time we arranged for her to make dinner for 6 the next night as we brought friends with us, what an amazing meal she made for us, table and chairs on the beach, with table candles, having a fabulous meal watching the sun go down was possibly the best night we had. Please go see her, the food she cooks is fresh and homemade what you don’t eat she will box up for you to take away. And for what she made us it wasn’t expensive. Definitely worth every penny so please pay her a visit and you won’t be disappointed

Definitely spend time at this beach - it is beautiful and has amazing coral reefs bursting with the most stunning fish to swim with. There is a great tour out to the turtles and to several shipwrecks that can be picked up on the beach three times a day (by Tamarind hotel) - look for 'Rod da man under da hat'. You can also rent jet skis from him and his colleague Peter which I highly recommend as the experience is amazing - it's so exhilarating. These guys are wonderful and the divers that come with you are seriously skilled and knowledgeable - they will take excellent care of you and even give you free underwater pictures of you and the fish!

Another quite beach, seems to frequented but the guests of small handful of holiday home (certainly on weekdays, it may different at the weekends). Good beach for sunny as there is not much wind, safe for swimming and plenty of fish to snorkel with. There is also a nice Italian restraunt for lunch,

This is an amazing beach that has everything! Beautiful sandy beach with calm water and easy access but the best part was meeting Rico who provides beach beds and umbrellas for the day at a reasonable price and truly gives good service! When we returned for a second day he greeted us by name and remembered where we liked to sit and set up everything for us! He also answered all our questions! We returned several times during our stay on Barbados and were never disappointed. There is also a cute little beach bar called Jujus that is right at the beach beds for easy access to libations and food! Loved it! Thanks Rico for contributing so much to our stay on Barbados!

Holetown beach is located on the west coast of Barbados, in the parish of St. James, behind the post office and police station. It continues the eight miles of golden sandy beach that makes up the gold coast of Barbados.
Enjoyed a great week in Barbados in December. Holetown beach very relaxed, golden sands and great people. We loved it
