Sestri Levante (Latin: Segesta Tigullorum/Segesta Tigulliorum) is a town and comune in Liguria, Italy. Lying on the Mediterranean Sea, it is approximately 56 kilometres (35 mi) south of Genoa and is set on a promontory. While nearby Portofino and the Cinque Terre are probably the best-known tourist destinations on the Italian Riviera, Sestri Levante is becoming quite a favorite among Italians. This once quiet fishing village is slowly turning into a tourist hotspot, developing an old and a new town.

The Caffè delle Fiabe is located close to Villa Balbi, at the beginning of the pedestrian area that leads to the wonderful Baia del Silenzio. Since March 2020 the management has been acquired by the Latin brothers, Niccolò and Matteo, who have always worked in the sector (the passion for this work was inherited from the grandfather). Il Caffè delle Fiabe is known and appreciated by customers, above all by local ones, for breakfast (excellent quality coffee, croissants stuffed at the moment, bowl of yogurt, smoothies ...) and for the aperitif, abundant and with local flavors (there is a particular attention in the preparation of cocktails). It is also possible to ha ve lunch here, with salads, sandwiches and cold dishes. All this can be enjoyed in the tables located along the "carugio", the small pedestrian street full of shops, or in the internal garden, more peaceful and romantic
