Marlborough is not only rich with vines flowing wine, but also blessed with local artists and crafters. I have a vision for Marlborough to showcase its local talent and what better way than to open a gallery & craft shop where people can exhibit & share their creations. “Return to Eden Gallery” will supply quality paintings, pottery, sculptures, jewellery and weaving, creativity utilising materi
I visited the gallery while in Blenheim on a holiday, I brought a pair of handmade earrings and they are so gorgeous! Loved seeing the residential artists work, lovely place to visit.

Lochmara Lodge Arts Centre is a unique facility where artists from around New Zealand create and showcase artwork in a variety of mediums. The centre comprises two indoor galleries, an 11-acre sculpture trail amidst native bush, an artists-in-residence studio, and regular workshops. Day trips include a boat cruise from Picton on the stunning Queen Charlotte Sound, and an optional walk on the Queen Charlotte Track. Wildlife Recovery Centre, cafe, and accommodation also on site.
Beautiful establishment in peaceful surroundings only a 20 minute boat ride from Picton. Once there you can swim, walk, kayak, feed visiting stingrays and eels and explore the underwater marine observatory. Whether just visiting for the day or staying in the lovely accommodation you will get a warm welcome from everyone on the team. The food is excellent and the pamper session in the Bath house luxurious.

A Maori tourism business overlooking Havelock harbour and the Kaituna estuary in the Marlborough Sounds. Our Maori Heritage Art Gallery houses the world's largest "private" collection of contemporary and traditional Maori carvings. We specialise in personal guided tours for all those that visit. All products and services incorporate the values and manaakitanga (the art of hosting) of the local mana whenua (local people of authority)of Rangitane, so that visitors can have a genuine and authentic Maori experience in a relaxed atmosphere.
Few painters have welded nature and the human spirit as well as Brian Badcock. Brian has earned national and international success for his richly coloured canvases that capture the essence of his New Zealand environment, its land, sea, rivers, buildings, boats, and gardens.

Blenheim isn't all vineyards, there are other aspects to this place too. We really enjoyed our visit here to this small but interesting gallery in the centre of town. There is a feature about the commemorations of the arrival of the European settlers and some of the many issues this raises especially from a Māori perspective. The exhibition features some stunning short films (it would be even better with some seating to watch these from). The small shop is excellent too.
