This tour had a full day of activity. From the moment you board the train to riding in an amphibious vehicle there was always something to do. Watching the local natives dance and having them teach us to throw a bomerang was informative. The skyrail ride over the rain forest was phenomenal. You could see for miles.

We had a great day out with Barefoot Tours. The day started early with pickup from a location walking distance from our hotel. While there was a bit of a drive to our first location, we enjoyed the bus ride as there was great music, banter and company on the bus. The waterfalls were amazing and even when it was raining, we felt like we were having the time of our lives. We loved the ability to get to so many locations in one day, yet never felt rushed at any of the destinations. We were looked after throughout the day and fed at several intervals. Looking forward to seeing our photos of the day on FB soon! Thanks guys!

Just did a fantastic nature tour with Paul from Waitawhile. He pointed out so much wildlife that we would never have seen on our own. It was truly special. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy the riches of this rainforest with a very informative guide.

Even tho the weather was a overcast and a little drizzly on our day tour we still thoroughly enjoyed our day and visit to the Daintree area. Our guide was Darryl who was very informative and kept us entertained the whole day! The tour provided us with a great overview of the area for our first visit to this part of Australia. We would highly recommend this tour to first timers to the area.

Tour guide very enthusiastic. Really it is just a lot of broken concrete. falling down buildings. This venue is not suitable for wheelie walkers or wheelchairs as their are multiple stairs, gravel and uneven surfaces. Even people with walking issues would have problems getting around. Entry to this venue was part of our day trip with Northern Experience Eco Tours however I would not pay $47 entrance fee if I went on my own.. This is way overpriced for what you get.
