Reviewed By R5139XOronbThe venue is located perfectly at Jan Thiel beach. Short walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Friendly staff and the rooms are ok. Enough space, twice a week they clean but that is known on forehand. By the way, they cleaned and organized our room a few times more. It is a holiday so understand and accept local culture and habits.

Reviewed By adriancW2797ONHonestly the best resort that I've stayed at. The staff are plesant, tours can be booked through the resort at a discount. Cars can also be rented from the resort. The tourist and shopping district are within walking distance. The pool was amazing and the lounging area around it was perfect for wining down after a hectic day. The rooms are soundproofed, spacious and fully furnished. 10/10 will recommend.

Reviewed By AdelmairThe Blue Bay Lodges is a compound of apartments located in the Blue Bay Golf Resort. When we arrived at the apartment it was quite late at night so we weren't sure what to expect from our apartment. The next day and while the day light could reveal the reality I was shocked by how poorly the accommodation was cleaned. There were dirty curtains, the bathroom had spit on the mirror and in general we were disgusted by everything. When we talked to both the receptionist and owner of the place were both very indifferent and just said that they will talk to housekeeping. What surprised me the most is that one day that we were in the room the cleaning lady came in, just changed the sheets and cleaned a bit superficially and she didn't even touch the balcony and the bathroom, as a result we had to tell her to do it. The only good thing about this accommodation is that is quite at nights and that is located in one of the best resorts for me in Curacao. But it is definitely not worth it the money for what they offer. A big NO, for those that care about tidiness and cleaningness. Unless you want to spend your holidays cleaning a dirty apartment.

Reviewed By alanMaltaHighly suggest the Terrakota apartments. We were 3 colleagues and went to Curacao where we stayed in Terrakota. Based in Santa Roza ( 8mins far from the willemstad city ). As a price is very reasonable, clean, perfect AC, small kitchenette to do a breakfast. The owner and his wife are very nice and helpful..( thanks to his wife- that in her free time, she went to but some Bocadillos Colombianos ) The owner arrange a very good price to rent a car for just $60 a day. Highly recommended .

Reviewed By 802heinerlI would like to comment to the previous review that a rude man sent motorcycles away. I was staying at Bohemi in that exact night and can only say that the amount of noise the motorcycles made was intentionally loud and not just "arriving on bikes". It sounded as if a whole motorcycle club arrived in the night and celebrated the sound of their bikes... probably a reception to the wedding couple. But honestly, it was very respectless from the bikers and I can only compliment that they were send away and understand that there was no tolerance for them. I personally woke up and went outside to see what was going on. We are also talking about a nature resort! There are really plenty of animals (from small rabbits that you only see at night to Flamingoes and Iguanas, lots of wild birds...) living in the area and the behaviour of the bikers was really inappropriate. Other than that, Bohemi is an oasis for everybody who looks out for an experience away from the mainstream (ok, there is not that much mainstream on Curacao). The houses are wonderful but special. Yes, you can get wet on the way to the toilet when it rains, but that happens so rarely. Most guests will experience the Caribbean style of this place in a way like they have never seen before. Pictures don´t do it justice.
