Jeonju is a true foodie paradise, so beloved for its cuisine that it’s been deemed by UNESCO as a Creative City for Gastronomy. The best way to enjoy this South Korean city is to eat your way through it, savoring hearty regional specialties like bibimbap and kongnamul gukbap. Once you’re stuffed, hike up to the Omokdae and Imokdae stone monument, or just watch athletes burn calories at the World Cup Stadium.

Beautiful traditional Hanok located 2 minutes walk away from the Main Street. The room was small but confortable and warm. I was with my husband and child (1,5 year) and for a 4 night stay it was perfect. Moreover the lady was very nice and helpful.

We had an amazing visit to jeonju and we were happy we chose the right place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need during your stay. The small court yard has a table abd chair where you can have breakfast or have an afternoon cup of tea. Our hosts Sarah and her husband were very welcoming and warm. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Sarah cooked us an amazing breakfast and some home grown grapes for dessert. Very kind and educated people. I could of stayed there many more nights. The best time to visit jeonju is during the weekdays as the streets can get super busy on weekends.

This Hanok Stay Guesthouse is wonderful! They are so friendly and helpful. Our train arrives around 10am and check-in wasn't until 3pm, but we were able to leave of bags at the Hanok until check-in. The manager didn't speak English, but we were able to communicate with translation apps and a call with a translator. The manager was so kind and helpful. They let us store or bags after check-out because we had a late train and even called a taxi for us! The room was comfortable and was a good amount of space for the three of us, especially since there was a loft space as well. This is a traditional Korean Hanok stay, so you'll be sleeping on traditional bedding. If I come back to Jeonju, this is where I'll stay!

It was an amazing experience at Jeonju as it was our first experience there. The host was extremely welcoming and offered to help us a great big deal. Especially on the moon festival, she helped us with the rental of hanboks and assisted us when we were lost and did not know what to do for the event. Overall it has been a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic as it is right at the heart of the hanok village. Be sure to check this place out as its like a home away from home. Will definitely go back again if I have a chance!

전주 여행을 하는 동안 머무른 곳인데요. 한옥 마을과 남부 시장 등이 가까워 이동하기에 편리했어요. 룸 컨디션은 평이했으나 가격 대비 매우 만족스러웠어요.
