We are a small friendly motel of 16 rooms situated in a quiet street in the heart of Busselton. It is a very short walk to the beach at the end of our street, plus all cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. The interiors of the motel rooms were renovated a couple of years ago. We have many repeat guests including Reps on their fortnightly/monthly runs. We pride ourselves on friendliness and cleanliness!
Hidden gem of a motel
Reviewed By swinggalI love 1960s motels and this one has been renovated with flair and is in a great location and a bit of a hidden gem. 5 minutes from the beach, jetty and centre of town. We walked to dinner at night as it was so close. Bright, airy and great ammenities for such a small property and the price. Also has security at night with carded gates for entry and exit, which is great touch. Would definitely stay again if visiting Busselton in the future.

Our motel (formally Amaroo) is central, clean and affordable sleeping up to 5 people. Suitable for single travellers, couples, families and small groups. Rooms are serviced daily and our additional amenities at the motel provide you with the opportunity to make yourself at home.

Reviewed By 259DeniseBThe motel on the whole is on the older side but did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery supplied if you decide to bring a meal home. Beds very comfortable, although somehow the staff forgot to make one of them one day. My only issue was when people were smoking outside the rooms it wafted in under the door. If you are in the room in the corner of the corridor noise travels down the corridor. Can be quite noisy at times. Close to town centre. Would stay here again.

Reviewed By Gail DWe take Room 21, a triple at the front of the old homestead (in preference to the motel units). It has shared bathroom but there's easy access to the front verandah for lounging. It is just right for us. We love the old style ambience.

Reviewed By MarshaseBudget accomodation next to highway, quiet though. Room has a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge, clean room. Bathroom was tiny, not even a proper hand wash basin , more a shower and toilet facility 1mx1.5m. It suited us well for a short stay, but might be a bit small for a longer stay.

Reviewed By MapledanielleThis is a good enough place to stay for a fair price. The staff seem friendly. The beds are relatively comfortable. There are beautiful fruit trees onsite. It was a little awkward filling the kettle in the sink. The nearby construction made getting in the lot tricky, although that is sure to be temporary.

Reviewed By ElfOnTourEnjoyed 3 nights and were really pleased with this property. Well appointed with large fridge - and a good iron and ironing board! (we were going to a wedding), comfy bed, everything clean and fresh, and parking at your door. Location brilliant and the beach a short walk away.
