Fabulous staycation!!! ??

Decided to book 5 nights at the YBSC in lieu of staying with family nearby, and was so impressed! Having opened just days before, the staff was friendly, upbeat, responsive, and eager to help iron out whatever glitches came along. Despite the ongoing construction and last minute landscaping, the property was very welcoming to new guests and everyone I encountered was smiling ? SO much attention to detail and a spot on “surf-y” esthetic ~ a refreshing digression from cookie cutter corporate hotels and resorts! !! Added bonus for being kid, handicapped, and dog friendly ~ basically I would ? percent recommend this fun and funky, retro yet modern oasis on the beach!! Add a few antique cars, an oyster truck, an airstream bar, corn hole games, and a welcoming lawn filled with nostalgic striped canvas beach chairs, and you have yourself a recipe for the perfect beach hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ GREAT ENERGY!!! well done, many kudos, hope your summer is wicked successful!!?

Lovely Getaway

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Tanglewood Inn this week. It was lovely. Su and Andy warmly welcomed us Sat. night with hospitality and a feeling of family. The entire house was a beautifully appointed Victorian home. Cookies, teas and Hot chocolate were awaiting our arrival. Soft music was playing. Our room was beautiful, so clean and welcoming. Loved all the windows and while we were there the weather staying in 60’s so we enjoyed cozy evenings on the rooms Sun porch. Su and Andy served delicious breakfast each morning and helped us plan our day. All recommendations were wonderful. If your looking for a relaxing place to rest you should book a room here. You will be so happy you did,

Wonderful experience!

Just got home from a Memorial Day trip. We stayed at Albracca Hotel for 3 nights. Beautiful recently renovated, and full of history place, implacably clean and comfortable. The owner(Dole) made us feel like we were visiting family, and her homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The location is perfect not only for enjoying Maine but New Hampshire as well. I cannot wait to come back and highly recommend this place for couples, family getaways, and business meetings.

20th Anniversary trip- amazing experience ?

We are currently staying at the Grand View. It was our 20 year wedding anniversary yesterday & planned a trip away a couple nights. Made a mistake, (meant to book the Anchorage) & it has turned out to be one of the best mistakes I’ve made! This hotel is perfect for a romantic little getaway. The best view on Long sands, private balconies that are quite cozy, very accommodating & kind staff who go above & beyond!! Even came & picked me up when I got stranded when hubby locked keys in the truck. The rooms are nice, clean, pretty comfortable beds, a fridge, microwave & table set. We are having such a good time we may extend our stay an extra night! Will definitely be back!! Stan, thank you for getting the wine for us that my sister had sent. Thank u to all the staff here who are making our special celebration even more special! ❤️ Pics are view from the room. Doesn’t get much better!
