Reviewed By Natasha353535We went to this hotel as location was convenient and it is supposed to be 4stars.We went with young children, for which a guest of the hotel had a problem and after she shouted at me for the baby waking her up and was insulting me next to the receptionist (who said nothing)we got a call to our room from the receptionist minutes later telling us that if our 2 year old amd 10month old don't stop crying we need to leave, enough said.The children' area(1small room) not only had broken chairs,but also a childrens horse that had staples holding it together, empty shelves covered in dust and I could ho on but I think you get tje idea.The high chairs were quite dirty.On the last day of our stay there was some kind of party in the restaurant so nobody was answering the room service number, and when reception was asked they said they don't know if room service is availble because they are a little busy but she will put us through which again there was no answer.The bath tub looked good, but half the nozzlez were not working. The microwave didn't have a plate and when turned on sparks started flying.O cokld go on and on.Lady at breakfast was amazing and housecleaning was efficient.

Average stay, good on space, not ok on overall experience. Will pick something else next time.
Reviewed By 500amandeepsRooms was very spacious, and was very clean. There was no elevator, I mean the property is next to airport, and there is no room on ground floor. Our room was on 2nd floor, and had to manually carry heavy suitcase 2 flights of stairs. So unless you are travelling light weight or have a strong back, I suggest look elsewhere. Additionally, there was no staff to help with luggage. First place which would not provide me hot water kettle for coffee. A big minus. Bathroom was smelling bad, the lady at reception said she cannot do anything, we should switch on the exhaust, it worked, but then there was noise of exhaust all the time. Stayed for 1 night, saw just one staff in the entire hotel, from afternoon till next morning, the lady at the reception, little weird.

The worst place my husband has every stayed in.
Reviewed By 229michaelabI booked what I throught was a good apartment for my husband to stay in when he was visiting Bucharest. Unfortunately it was nothing like the photos it was dirty and in a poor condition. The owner was rude on arrival and the taxi struggled to find the place. My husband left after 1 night and found a new hotel. Would say beware and don't waste your money.

Un'alternativa elegante ed economica
Reviewed By Anca THo soggiornato per una notte. Avevo prenotato un monolocale ma mi hanno messo a disposizione un trilocale allo stesso prezzo. Vicino all'aeroporto, fuori dal casino della città ma in una posizione strategica per raggiungere i punti d'interesse. Appartamento molto bello, moderno, utilato con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole.
