Reviewed By 394caymThe hotel is situated in the centre of Seljord. It's a classic old hotel with an extensions in the back. Pictures are usually only showing the charming old part. Unfortunately the new is less charmingly. Looks a bit like a communist hotel room in the 80's (I know what I'm talking about) with outdated bathrooms. We had the chance to check rokms 214, 210, 213. Some noise from any aggregate during the evening was rather annoying. There is no difference in the room pricing which is why wr felt been overcharged. The restaurant was OK, even tough some of the dishes from the menu were not available and the icecream seemed partly thawed and refrozen again. Slightly unpleasant. Luckily the staff was friendly and trying their best to make it a pleasant stay anyway. We think there are some routines missing in the hotel when it comes to cleaning and handling the day to day things. Having a more based on facts approach to the room prices would be highly appreciated by all guests as THEY could manage their expectations and decide if it's just an overnight stay or worth the money to spend a night or more. We see potential in that hotel if management decides for some basic adjustments.

Nutheim is a small hotel, run by one family, situated in the beautiful mountainous landscape of Flatdal in the heart of Telemark. For the last century, painters and travelers have enjoyed the atmosphere and stunning view here. The old wooden buildings, one from the 16th century, and the white timber-built hotel, has an exciting charm with a mix of modern and traditional interiors, a gallery, and Nutheim also has its own small brewery! Reviewed By Ketil MGreat location and very nice food. Friendly and helpful staff made our Lunch stop a perfect stop and rest. We sat outside. Inside is cozy and they even have a small gallery with art if you like. Can be reccomended.

Hegna camping is located in beautiful natural surroundings with the opportunity for plenty activities, both summer and winter. We are purposefully located centrally in order for you to be able to explore everything the area has to offer. Only ten minutes by car to either Bo or Seljord. Hegna Camping is open all year around. Our snack shop is open during the summer. Here you can purchase items for daily use, ice cream, soda, newspapers, and more. We offer: - Cabins, prices from 350 NOK. We offer simple cabins at a low cost, or you can rent a cabin with bathroom and TV. We provide you with linens for a small fee, and you can choose to do laundry yourself or have us wash for you. - Caravans, short-term or for one year. - Tent, great spots for short-term. - We offer modern sanitary facilities. - Wireless internet. - Harbor, free harbor by the Seljord waterside. - Culture barn, for public enjoyment. - Barbecue area, for public enjoyment. - Boat rentals. - Bathing, in the river or in the water of Seljord. - Fishing, great fishing possibilities in the river or by boat.

Reviewed By KarlXIIStayed one night in a 4 bed cabin. Good location 15 minutes from Boe and Sommarland. Our cabin was very simple but with basic needs: fridge, hot plate, knifes and forks, cups and plates and free wifi. The sanitary facilities are brand new and very nice. The camping had anniversary when we were there and they had a barbecue with free food and drinks and games for all the guests. Very nice. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely place
Reviewed By ninagirlenWe have been here 3 times. Very pleased all 3 times. Clean and well equipped cabins. The view is stunning! Service minded Staff. Self check in if you come late. Self check out. This makes it very easy and comfortable to Come and to depart. Quiet place, beautiful naturen. We will come again and has already planned the trip.

Reviewed By ninagirlenIt was a small cabin. No water, no toilet. It was 1 shower for woman and 2 toilet. It was ok clean. Nice and helpful Staff. Location central in Seljord. It is cheap, and thats what you get. Not cosy, but roof over your head
