Terrible room and service.
Reviewed By LO07LO071. The person who checked me in was rude. 2. The room smelled terrible. Come to find out it was an plugin air freshener that was trying to cover up a smell. 3. The shampoo dispenser didn't work or was empty. 4. My shower on the hottest setting was like warm. 5. The room was making me sick. I had a headache and congestion and would go outside and it would clear up. Probably whatever the plug in was masking was making me sick. 6. When checking out a day early, was never asked about my stay, couldn't get a receipt or proof I was checking out, and was told the manager would call me and it never happened. 7. My credit card is still holding the full amount of 3 nights even though I only stayed 2. My first and last time staying in a Best Western.

Worst General Manager in the industry……by far!!
Reviewed By Businessman8484Had the general Manager Sherri Hollander treat me like absolute garbage. Most rude and shrewd women I’ve ever met. I would suggest staying as far away as you can from this hotel and any hotel she pretends to “manage”. She threatened me multiple times, and literally told me she was having fun belittling me. I tried calling customer support line for help with this crazy lady and they apologized profusely and then connected me to their Hilton vacations and tried to sell me on 500 free Hilton points lol. Whole situation is a joke. Be careful where you spend your money everyone. Its on the consumer to hold companies accountable for their actions when they could care less about how they treat us.

Not what I expected.
Reviewed By Discerning62Brand new. I couldn’t believe they did not have water on the breakfast bar. A bit unpolished possibly due to being new. Very clean and fresh rooms. I booked a handicapped room but didn’t end up getting it which was not great but we made do. Landscaping needs attention. The palm trees are dead and can’t be blamed on the big freeze from last year because the property is new and just opened May. 2022. This hotel needs a portico. When you unload you are in the hot hot Texas sun. Bad design on that part. Would I stay again, probably not if I have other options.

Stay away from Staybridge if you are disabled or a senior citizen
Reviewed By GigumAs a disabled senior veteran, I traveled to Schertz with my wife (also a senior citizen) to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary with our family. The celebration went well despite our hotel stay being most destressing and unaccommodating (see below). The Staybridge hotel in Schertz Texas is not facility a friendly to senior citizens or disabled persons. The furniture in the living area is difficult to use and almost impossible get out of without assistance. The toilets in the bathroom are low to the floor and handicap grab bars are not installed making it difficult for senior or disabled occupants to utilize without risk of falling. During our stay, we had to acquire a handicap toilet support device from private sources just to utilize your bathroom facility (see photo)
