Problems with fast online checkout
Reviewed By hendebauerStaff is mostly friendly, hotel close to Metro Mairie de Montreuil, Good room, good bed, good shower. However there was a big brown stain in the sheet. Also I ordered Fast/online checkout, but staff did not seem to know how this worked and insisted I checked out formally with them and payed for my bar expenses (while Accor had already sent me the bill to charge my credit card). So time saving did not work. However, I expect this to be clearer next time and will come back.

Reviewed By mimiisabella_I booked the hotel ibis budget Paris Porte de Montreuil for the 31st March to 3rd April and I have been extremely unhappy with my stay. When I first arrived to the hotel at around 11pm the first room they gave me was filthy, mcdonalds was left on the table from the previous lodgers. I went into the bathroom and the bathroom was filthy, the skirting boards were cracked around the toilet and there was mould and someone had urinated on the floor it seemed. I went downstairs to tell the reception and they changed the room after much argument. The second room they gave us had mould all over walls in the bathroom and blinds for the curtains were ripped as it was late at night I had no choice to stay in the room, however, when I woke up in the morning the mould had caused me to be sick. I went downstairs to the reception and they had to move us rooms once again - when I complained about the mould they said there is nothing they can do as they aren't allowed to use bleach in the bathrooms and the windows cannot be opened in the whole room. Once we had a room change I noticed the room was freezing cold, I left the heating on and went out, when I came back the room was even colder than it was when I left it. I went downstairs to ask the receptionist they told me that the hotel had agreed to turn the heating off in the WHOLE hotel and they are unable to turn it back on. I then went into the bathroom and saw that the sink was also blocked, the sink filled really high and I was worried that it was going to overflow, the bathroom walls also had mould plastered all over them. I strongly believe the pictures on the website do not reflect the current status of the hotel. I felt like I was in a prison. Since being at this hotel I have developed a really bad cold and my chest became tight, this is because of the mould and the lack of heating. The third room I was given when I entered someone else was sleeping in the bed. One of the receptionist even told me he wouldn't stay here himself, there have been high rates of suicides and they have had numerous complaints about the hotel. I have never been soo horrified in my life. This hotel is not fit for people to stay in at all. When I asked for a refund on my stay I was told I need to contact booking.com as that is where I made my booking.

Reviewed By palomarleyNous avons séjourné à la Maison Montreau avec des amis lors des fêtes. Les chambres sont propres. Les déjeuners sont frais et délicieux. Le lieu est convivial et l’ambiance au rendez vous ! ( concerts, activités..) Violette et Morgane sont accueillantes et disponibles. Je reviens souvent pour déjeuner, boire un verre. Le cadre est très agréable, étant dans le parc Montreau. Je recommande vivement pour un verre entre amis ou bien pour des nuitées aux portes de Paris !
