Hotel was a nice surprise. Seems to be the nicest in the area and close to Pasadena which is what I had been looking for. Air conditioning worked great, beautiful views of the hills, coffee in the room was also a plus. The only issues I had were no safe in the room & no complimentary breakfast offered. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay in a clean room with 2 beds and a larger sized tv. If I needed to stay in the area again I would not hesitate to book here again.

I can only say that the lady that checked us in was pleasant. From the outside the inn looks amazing as we walked the hall to our room 201 the smell of urine was loud once we was near our room there was a male standing in door next to our room with drugs in his hand. Walked into room and I didn’t even want to take off my shoes the rug was dirty, bed blankets had burn holes in them. Went to sleep and was awakened by the smell of crack coming through the walls got up and checked out immediately!! Jenuhsis

This is a very small motel that appears to be in the process of refurbishing. Unfortunately, our room had not yet been refurbished. That said, the room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was a bit spotty. The pool is small, and there is no hot tub. Wi-fi worked well for regular web surfing--I didn't try streaming content. The breakfast was disappointing--usually Quality Inns have hot foods like eggs, sausage or bacon, and potatoes which work with our gluten sensitive issues. This location does not have a "kitchen" for preparing such items. For those without these dietary issues, pastries, toast, cereals, and fresh made waffles are offered. The motel is on Huntington Drive with close access to I-210. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Wanted to give my adult daughter a room for a week for Mothers Day as a gift. She is a single Mom raising 2 small kids and I thought a week to herself would give her some time to relax.Called this motel for rates and was quoted $ 560 for the week ($ 80 a night).I went and checked out the room,it was decent enough,so I told manager Jack that I'd take it.He said that it was $ 560 cash (which he never mentioned on the phone.I told him that I didn't carry that much cash on me,but would return tomorrow with it.He then asked for a $ 100 deposit,I only had $ 65 on me,so he took that. The next day (on Mothers Day) when my daughter didn't show up at my house,I called her and she said that she had came down with the flu and would have to pass on getting the room.I immediately went to the motel to get my deposit back. The lady there didn't seem to speak or understand much English and it was hard for me to understand her because of her heavy Indian accent. She did say that I couldn't get my deposit back and didn't seem to care that it wasn't my fault that my daughter was sick. She told me to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager.I did,and and another woman was there (I presumed was the managers wife) and she said absolutely no,that I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. She was rude and adament about me not getting my money back.I strongly advise travelers to avoid this place at all cost. They basically ripped me off for my money, and as a senior citizen on a fixed income,it hurt..
