Reviewed By Tom DThis hotel has been my home in Frankfurt at least 6 times over the past 17 years. As other reviewers have stated, the hotel is a hidden gem with clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Frau Irmchen treats you as part of her family and makes me feel right at home. The WiFi was recently improved which is a big help. Its location near the Maintal-Ost train station means that the Frankfurt Hbf is only about 20 minutes away. Thanks again for a wonderful, stress-free stay!

Reviewed By NotAFoodSnobFromNYClean room but very, very small. There were renovations being done all around the hotel and a large cart piled high with plasterboard was parked outside of our room for our entire stay. Ceiling panels missing and the window at the end of the hall remained open day and night as well (for dust caused by contractors?) which made for a very chilly hallway late at night and early in the morning. The young man at the front desk was new and so check-in wasn't very fast but he was friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was above and beyond anything we could have imagined...The food options were varied and there was SO MUCH to chose from. Very well done for the price and value. The waitstaff was a bit "stuffy" and standoffish as though this was a five-star hotel. That was a bit odd and unexpected.

Reviewed By Alessio VI've been there a couple of times for dining. Extensive regional menu and an interesting selection of German wines. prices are more than reasonable and in line with the average fares around. Very good service with menus in multiple languages.

Reviewed By trubiI was here on business trip, when we exhibit in Frankfurt. It is peaceful place, with very good breakfast and a lot of place for recreation. It is just by the river Maine and there is walking path all way by the river.

Reviewed By autoschrauber086An der Information stecken Zigaretten im Blumenstock. Fernsehen funktioniert nicht. Sauberkeit lässt arg zu wünschen übrig. Im Kühlschrank noch das essen vom Vormieter drin. Alles in allem nicht so toll. Trotz bestellen keiner vor Ort, fast eine Stunde auf den Schlüssel gewartet.

Reviewed By Hans-OttoBuxbaumSehr gutes Hotel und hervorragendes Restaurant. Die Küche leistet hervorragendes. Das Restaurant bietet elsässische und auch mediterrane Küche. Die Weinkarte ist sehr gut auf die Speisen abgestimmt. Sowohl Flaschenweine als auch offene Weine sind sehr preisgünstig. Das Bier vom Fass ist ein hervorragendes Veltins.
