Reviewed By 602frederickgMy wife and I had to get a hotel at the last minute because a loved one was hospitalized nearby. We chose this property by chance and we’re grateful for the outcome. The facility was clean and the room was well maintained. This was enough to help a stressful situation become a bit more bearable. However, what prompt me to post this was the staff!! From the check-in with Derrick; to the dining experience with Felicia; everyone made us feel welcomed and seen. Thank you so much and we’ll be back again

Not worth the weekend price
Reviewed By mr7572016The hotel isn’t far from I-20 and is situated on the back side of a mall. There are several restaurants around the mall to have dinner. The hotel looks like it has been updated. The lobby and hallways were clean and sanitizer stations were available by the elevators and lobby. However, staff members were not wearing masks if that is important to you. The staff was friendly. I wasn’t welcomed as a Gold member or any perks explained like free high speed internet like at most hotels. When I asked if there were any upgrades available and they told me that they were out of King rooms and the high floor rooms were booked. The parking lot was pretty empty so I checked the app to see if I could reserve a king room and King rooms and studios were available to be booked so it seemed like they just didn’t want to do an upgrade. My room was clean I thought until i went to shower and found the last occupants wash rag hanging over the shower rod! Yuck! That makes you question how thoroughly the room was cleaned. The shower would only get lukewarm and the bathroom fan didn’t work. We went to get ice and the machine on our floor is unplugged. I expect more from a Marriott brand hotel.

Reviewed By CarolynW164Where do I start? The date of my stay was April 16th for one night. I never would have thought that it would be that bad. From the moment I arrived it was a mess. The lobby was dirty, person at the front desk wasn't trained properly to deal with any issues which leads me to believe that they were the only person available to work apparently. I arrived 10 minutes early and my room wasn't ready. I said okay I accepted that I was early but 45 minutes after check-in and then it was ready??? Unacceptable. The only redeeming quality about this stay was the fact that the room was clean and comfortable. Only one minute after the housekeeper left, I received a knock on the door because she left her phone... Really? Room was comfortable and slept well. Getting ready to check out the next day, I get to the elevator, just to find that the button pad is missing?? I thought to myself, what if I were an elderly person and couldn't take the stairs?? I was on the fourth floor and had to take the stairs down a flight carrying my bag to use the elevator. Never in my life have I seen anything like this:-(!

Reviewed By atlgetaway2022The hotel was surprisingly good, the bed was comfortable, had microwave, refrigerator, and toiletries. Good value for the price! No breakfast though, they are still using COVID as an excuse not to serve breakfast?.

HUGE Disappointment
Reviewed By clevep2015I stayed here once before and it was average at best. I stayed here again because of the good price and convenience. The room was disgusting, there were cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor, the towels were stained, and one one the beds had hair on the pillow. To add insultt to injury, the clientele at this location is sketchy. Alll through the nught I was awakened by loud cars in the parking lot. First thing in the morning I woke up to the smell of weed seeping through the door which was not properly insulated.

We are conveniently located on i-20 east . Stone crest mall is within 4 miles. Historical Stone Mountain park is within 8 miles . Downtown historical sites and Hartsfield Atlanta Airport is just 16 miles away from our property. We are within 1 mile distance multiple restaurants including Ruby Tuesdays, Ihop, and This Is It BBQ.
