Our bathroom light did not work when we entered our room. It took well over an hour to be repaired while we were left waiting to see if that could be accomplished &, despite numerous requests, we were not allowed to switch to another room. The Evening or Night Manager - Receptionist, a middle aged woman that night, is sorely in need of training in customer relations - and consideration of her guests as human beings.

First of all, it is fascinating to be surrounded by so many old and valuable objects. the whole building is arranged with good taste and attention to detail, which makes you feel in a mansion from other times. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the room and in the common spaces and in the SPA. During the time spent here, I went to the jacuzzi, sauna and I was able to request a massage from a specialized staff. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The hosts were always very kind and helped us with anything we needed. I found out that this building is over 300 years old and I was near an Armenian church where there is a painting by Rubens. There are many unexpected things to discover. At the same time, all measures related to the pandemic were strictly observed. We will definitely be back!

One of the best restaurants that I have encountered during my trips in Romania. Elegant and clean. Excellent, tasty foods cooked on the spot, very rich flavors and savors of the Transylvanian cuisine. Hospitable, professional staff.
