Reviewed By mariannebojesenVi var afsted med vores nærmeste familie på weekend for at fejre vores sølvbryllup. Så fantastisk hyggelige værelser og ekstrem god og lækker mad. Vi taler kun om, hvornår vi kan komme tilbage…….Under opholdet fik vores farmor et alvorligt ildebefindende i restauranten, og vi kan slet ikke udtrykke, hvor taknemmelig vi er for den omsorg vi fik fra et meget nærværende personale. Tak for jer!

Reviewed By Erik-p9000First off the quaint little hotel has charm, and our room was good, maybe showing a bit of age here and there but spacious, excellent TV, mini fridge, big shower. Downfall is the much less than soundproof door between rooms, that brings two sets of guests closer than wanted, everything can be heard, unfortunately. I had booked a marguerit stay, 2 nights with breakfast, and a two course dinner each day. The deal is a decent price, and you get from the high points that is the dinner, to the low that is the breakfast. Excellent danish Kro food in the evening, they even ask if you want seconds and a free port wine with desert! Contrast the very average supermarket breakfast, that is less than expected of a good Kro. Host and Hostess are quite nice and service is good, the waitress was quite attentive, and efficient. So ups and downs, definite room for improvement, but maybe sometimes you just get what you pay for.

What more could you want? You can see rabbits from your window, and the beach is about 500m away. we also had great, friendly service, so everything was just so

Reviewed By ibennymandbPrisen taget i betragtning, så kunne vi have overnattet på betydeligt pænere vandrehjem end dette "motel" til samme pris. Vi udgik fx. for toiletpapir mandag morgen og spurgte indehaveren høfligt, om vi kunne få en rulle mere, men fik at vide, at de var løbet total tør for toiletpapir. Hans attitude var MEGET afvisende, hvorfor vi spurgte, hvornår vi kunne forvente at få noget mere, men det vidste han ikke - blot at det kom i løbet af dagen. Vi spurgte så, om han ikke havde mulighed for at køre i Superbrugsen for at købe 10 ruller, men det ville han ikke. Vi var noget rystede over at skulle gå på toilettet uden papir!!!!! 10 minutter senere, stod han dog pludselig ved vores dør og havde "fundet" en extra rulle. - Sig mig, tjener han ikke penge på at have os boende, og skal man ikke udvise både imødekommenhed , flexibilitet og være serviceminded, når man har et sådan virksomhed? Værelserne er meget spartanske. Der er 2 senge, 2 stole, 1 bord, 2-3 loftslamper + 1 TV. Loftslamperne hænger således, at man skal op af sin seng for at slukke dem om aftenen, da afbryderne ikke sidder ved sengene. Der findes ingen sengelamper, så man må genere sin ægtefælle ved at have lyset tændt i hele værelset, hvis man vil læse lidt i sengen. I spisesalen sad man 6 personer ved hvert store runde klapbord. Man blev derfor mixet med andre familier og kunne derfor fx. ikke føre en privat samtale. Morgenmaden var rigeligt betalt med 80 kr/person. Der var absolut kun lige, hvad der skulle være, og den sidste dag løb man også tør for Nutella. På vandrehjem er der et betydeligt større udvalg. Vi var desværre meget sent ude med at skulle booke noget på Fanø, så dette var det absolut eneste, vi kunne få, men vi kommer bestemt ikke igen. Stedet bærer meget præg af at have været en efterskole indtil ca. 2018. Vær opmærksom på, at det ligger udenfor lands lov og ret.

Great location, terrible welcome
Reviewed By jmacr2016We have eaten here every summer for the last five years. Won't be going back for a while. The person who came to take our order told us it was my 10-year-old daughter's 'problem' that, given that they had run out of pasta (how?) there was nothing on the menu she wanted. The menu itself has changed from Danish classics, which were well made, to baked potatoes. Why? Avoid until the welcome and the menu improve. We left without ordering.

nice place but needs some changes
Reviewed By bhmeicstayed here for few days last month. overall okay but overpriced. no locks on door. people coming in at all times of day. shower takes forever to heat up. insects all over kitchen - better cleaning might help. it does the job if you have lower expectations, but do not expect luxury.
