Long weekend catch up with family
Reviewed By bernadetted720We booked two powered sites for the long weekend so we could spend time with our son his wife and grandchildren.We have stayed at the Park before and this stay did not disappoint,from the warm welcome at reception to the very clean facilities everything was just beautiful. The Park is easy walk to food venues and the beach is right there.We will definitely e going back

Reviewed By joyg646Motel room had a very comfortable bed and . carpet had bitumen sticky marks on it ( when mentioning to management , they did offer to shift us ) .and towels were grey and well worn. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly . Meal at the hotel was excellent. Overall a good place to stay. Would return.

Our caravan park sites all have private ensuite bathrooms and we are dog friendly. Other facilities include BBQ's, laundry and a camp kitchen with Foxtel TV. Couple all this with a lovely pool area, cafe restaurant on - site & you will soon realise that Seaspray Beach Holiday Park is the perfect place to relax or use as a base to explore all that Dongara & the Mid West has to offer.Walking distance to the town centre. Situated on the beach front and the Irwin River behind the property for great fishing ,walking tracks,cycling paths, bird life and kayaking.

Reviewed By KezzaL_12The Park was in a good location especially if you like fishing. (Though swimming at the closest beach is not recommended by the locals. For safety reasons.)The general park amenities and campers kitchen were good. The pool looked refreshing though it was unfortunate that the spa was out of action. The receptionist appeared very busy and her manner gave us the impression she was stressed, it was a good thing that all other staff seemed friendly and helpful. The room we rented was what was advertised. However it could do with a few repairs. A working fire alarm would be a good start. (See pictures.) The view of ocean was a godsend.

Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities are also located in the carriage.Come and discover us you will be glad you did!

Reviewed By Stanley KThis isn't exactly a review, as I tried to book the railway carriage accommodation there for my family on a booking site where to confirm the booking the host was meant to respond within a certain period of time, and the response did not appear. The host subsequently contacted me, apologised, and told me that my booking would be accepted if I tried again, but when I tried again within the day of her call, the booking was not accepted. When I contacted the host to clarify whether I could stay, she said she would check and promised to let me know the outcome. But she never did. So we booked and stayed somewhere else and are giving the other place 5 stars. Hopefully all is well with the Dongara Breeze In and the owner, but my experience was disappointing.

Reviewed By BarnyarddCondition very poor and dated, they don't serve food, aircon is noisy and you need a chair to reach the controls, wifi is crap, extremely basic. A bit disappointing compared to the pictures advertised. Good points - clean, no bed bugs, free parking outside your door, adequate amount of linen, decent working small fridge, decent TV. Not the worst but definitely not great!

Reviewed By Carol BThis hotel in Dongara has closed and is up for sale. Would have been a lovely venue in its day with its two stories and large verandas however it doesn't appear to have been vacant for such a long time. Would be lovely to see it up and running again.

Brilliant Dongara Stopover
Reviewed By westernmeggieClean, spacious and well located. Well appointed, everything you might want is on hand. It is even pet friendly. Easy walk to the bakery, IGA, fish and chips or a fabulous pub meal. Aom is friendly and helpful, access to our accommodation was seamless. We found Dongara to be a beautiful seaside village. Highly recommended.
