Reviewed By 647gaylehRoom was very nice however we were in a twin room and there was only one washer. Disappointed there was nothing in the bar fridge or snacks. When you've been out all day it's nice to unwind with a wine and some chips or nuts. the entry restaurant was not open on the Monday night for dinner so we had to dine on the roof top and there was no room service.

Reviewed By DzauchyOur flight was cancelled an hour before getting on our flight. Called la costa motel and was sorted with a room within minutes. Took a load of us to know that Di sorted my family quickly. Thanks so much, would go back again.

Great stay and value
Reviewed By A3410PTwaynecStayed 2 nights. Nice quite unit close to beach. Reasonable walk (or short drive if you are lazy) north or south on coastal walkway to range of restaurants. Staff were very helpful ( thanks Dani). Three room unit would be great for families, and best value for location and facilities in area.

Reviewed By BruceC2203They will toss out guests at any time for no reason. I was told to leave because I objected to the way one of the owners spoke to me, accusing me of taking a pillow off another bed. The dads are hard, the windows don't close, it's draughty and dirty. One of owners dresses in the most innapropriare way and talks to guests in the most demeaning of ways. I stayed for several weeks and witnesses assaults, and had to put up with a couple having sex in the dorm I was sleeping in. Caters mainly for foreign overseas workers and tradesmen imported for work . One women arrived late, was seriously physically assaulted and pushed out into night with a broken nose and covered in blood. This was during the covid lockdown.

We are a boutique resort with 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom fully self contained apartments that all have a ocean view. There is direct access to the beach with no roads to cross.
3 Days of Bliss
Reviewed By dappo290Have recently returned from a short 3 night stay at The Oceanside Resort on beautiful Bilinga beach. Check in was easy and we were made to feel most welcomed by Karen the onsite manager. We were shown to our 2 bedroom apartment, this being number 1 and situated on the ground floor. This was ideal for me as all I intended to do for the next few days was to fish and meant I didn’t have to take gear up and down in a lift. The apartment has recently been renovated and was both spacious and well appointed, 2 beautiful bathrooms, a decent size lounge and a kitchen with all the essentials. The view from the apartment was magnificent and if it had been any closer to the sea we would have had to sleep in boardies and I could have fished of the balcony!!! The location of the resort is fantastic for travellers arriving by airplane as the airport is only a short drive away, the noise of planes had no impact on our stay and being a plane enthusiast added to the enjoyment. Good shopping and dining opportunities are plentiful around the area but a car is desirable or taxis would need to used. The GC theme parks are a short drive or organised day trip away. I would highly recommend Oceanside Resort for either a couples or family break and both my wife and I are looking forward to returning sometime soon.
