Memorial Day Weekend Stay
Reviewed By lstokes52020Power went out on May 29 and was not restored until May 30th. It is concerning that the hotel was not more proactive and had not invested in back up generator. The weekend I stayed at the hotel several youth baseball teams were staying at the hotel and the kids kept up quite a bit of noise all day and all night and staff did not appear to address the parents about their children nor did the parents address their children. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Reviewed By Blheil66I’m from PA and I needed a hotel with an indoor pool due to having to watch my grandsons while my daughters attended a funeral. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I never stayed here before. I was not disappointed. The room was beautiful. It had a full kitchen, stove , dishwasher , dishes , everything to cook with more then what we expected. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. and most importantly the pool was open and clean!! We had a excellent time . Would stay here again!!

great hotel but WORST MANAGING EVER!!!
Reviewed By eduardofranceschiniThe 2 managers there are very rude and disorganized… I stayed for 1 month there and it was always problems with house keeping or the fire alarm and when you call to complain the manager (after treating you disrespectful) he always says that I can check out and he doesn’t care because he part owner. I worked on nights and had only 6 hours of sleep (from 10 to 4 every day) and always said to him… any problem you call but I sleep those hours, HE SENDED FOR 3 straight days people to my room to check the fire alarm 2/3 times a day. And if I complain he will just “check out I’m owner” dude WTF you know I can’t check out because my work pays for the hotel. One week he interrupted my sleep again 2 straight days for changing my stove… when they finally finish they damaged the electricity. The tird day they finally fixed the electricity and when I get the 4th day a fkn hair blower WITH HAIR in my sink (still to this day idk how that got there)… again no privacy in this hotel this people just enters your room when you are working or when you are inside the room sleeping (VERY CREEPY) One day I was showering and housekeeping just enters the room and I had the bathroom door open ? WTF I NEVER ORDERED HOUSE KEEPING she’s screamed and got outside I couldn’t see her face and when I talked to the manager like wanting a explication he said that he’s not allowed to give me employees names and she’s been properly punished and with attitude again I AM OWNER YOU CAN GET OUT Our company eventually got out but I’ve been on the road working for 3 years and I had the worst experience here. NOT Recommended at all.

She was competent and cheery, ensuring my business traveler needs were met- water and food! Rooms quiet and temperature controls effective. Kitchen made a fantastic chicken salad- thank you Team Hilton Bel Air! Will stay again.. and I am picky! Highly recommend.

Reviewed By ktconsultWe have stayed here a few times in the last 6 months. Always clean, friendly staff, breakfast is good with a few choices. Even on a late arrival the staff is lovely n welcoming. The lobby is well appointed for the holidays. Several nice eateries close by as well.
