Incredibly bad-aggressive manager

Firstly -Do not consider this place wirhout a car as on arrival(by foot) I had to walk a further 1.3 miles to check in at a totally different location.during this check in time the manager came and with reduced my wife to tears because my 5 year old had used the pool to cool off whilst waiting for me.He actually scared my daughter-unacceptable on every level.He then instructed his cleaning staff to lock my bags in a room until I had paid. The room itself was dark,felt very old and showed itself for what it was-the cheapest rooms in town. We promptly moved out after another aggressive verbal exchange with the manager where he told me he didnt care about me as he had 2500 rooms to manage in sitges.it showed-he was stressed . A truly awful manager and a shabby dark room.AVOID !!!!!!

No AC, Ants and bed bugs, old furniture. Pool was ok
Reviewed By Matteo AA place that came out from the 90s, very old furniture, our apartment (Roberto) had 2 rooms with 2 single beds pushed together to make 1 double bed, with a gap in the middle. Bedrooms only have 1 power outlet and is by the door, far away from the bed, we had 2 iPads, 2 iPhones and 1 C-Pap machine to plug in, and we had to take turns on what to charge first. The check in is only available after 4pm but the check out is at 10am, you have to check in and collect the key at the main hotel which is 30 min walking or 10 min by taxi from the apartments, they only offer you 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week, a very small amount of dish soap and 1 scrub brush. No hand soap, or shower gel at all! We arrived at 9pm and we couldn't have a shower or even wash our hands. They only give you 1 set of bed sheets for the week without possibility to change it, 1 big towel and 1 hand towel that you can change in the morning at the cleaning services bungalow. There is an Ants infestation, everywhere from the wardrobe to the floor, with Ants crawling on us at night in the bed. The complex is situated 10 min walking from Sitges city centre, and had a good size swimming pool (only positive thing). Balcony was spacious enough for 4 people to have breakfast outside. No AC!!!! it gets very warm and the apartment doesn't have AC or a Fan. I will not come back there.

Reviewed By Al TThe worst holiday ever. They are not communicating, nobody helps you. The key is 40 minutes away in some hotel. People are rude, with no cleaning, rooms old and dirty, absolutely no support of guests. Do not go there, you will be just angry all the time.

Reviewed By 125rosieHated the fact that you had to collect the keys from another hotel a good 20 mins walk away and it was difficult to find the apartment . The apartment was very basic and nothing special . I did not like that is was a long way from shops and restaurants The pool area was not somewhere you would want to hang around with limited (in need of repair sun loungers ). The Apartment was not cleaned throughout our stay ( no clean towels or bed linen ) perhaps I did not read small print .The bedroom was very small and it was not possible to open the window as there was a lot of noise outside The beach is about 10 min walk away and was absolutely lovely . I would definitely return to Sitges but just not to this apartment . .

Reviewed By Siobhan WSitges is a beautiful place and if you dont mind a bit of a walk to the centre then this apartment would be perfect to stay in. Lots of kitchen supplies, AMAZING air con, very clean. Only down side - no sun chairs beside the pool.

Reviewed By Fidji_SahelThe area is super quiet, the infinity pool is just amazing ! We enjoyed a lot the balcony, where we had breakfast every morning ! Only 15 minutes walking from the beach, and 10 minutes walking from the supermarkets and coffee shops. I didn't give 5 stars because it is difficult to reach someone in case of help, and they do not replies to emails !!!!!

Perfectly adequate for a short stay
Reviewed By 123Ilse123We stayed in Sitges for one night after arriving in Barcelona from South Africa earlier in the day. We were en route to San Sebastian, but didn't want to spend the first night in Barcelona. Sitges is a short 20-30 minute drive from Barcelona with a pretty shore-line and some nice restaurants - perfect to just rest after the long flight. We booked Sunway Apollo Apartments over drinks at a bar. Yes, arriving at the gate to find out check-in is another 5-minute drive by car away is a nuisance, but it wasn't the end of the word. The apartment is very small, but had everything we needed for a short stay. I wouldn't stay here for more than 2 days, but then I also wouldn't stay in Sitges for more than two days.
