Reviewed By Rahim AThe only advantage to stay here is its close to Zumiao metro station Exit-B, right near the U- apartment. The entrance next to Burger King is a very narrow one leading to your floor. we booked 6 apartments on single basis, for room number 824 you have to walk almost 50 -70 meters since the lift near the rooms aren't working. No option of Breakfast included here, also kitchenware are available on rent @38rmb per day, on request those were unavailable. Daily deal with cockroaches on Beds and near Kitchen. My agent mistook this as Bodun International Apartment where I've stayed earlier, which is far better in terms of cleanliness, room service and they also serve Breakfast on 4th floor. Although U was only 17 rmb cheaper where as Bodun International is available at 238. Avoid this U, for all the reasons.

Bodun International Serviced Apartment is an excellent serviced apartment in terms of hardware and software as it located in the CBD of Foshan City. The prefect location had bring a lot of convenience for all the customer who plan to visit Foshan City. As our apartment war surrounding by different kind style of restaurant .

Reviewed By bobl264Great location with in walking of subway ( metro) station. Two newer shopping malls with in a block , Starbucks in both malls. The area like most of China is busy with both motor bikes and peddle bikes China has no rules for motor bikes there on and off the sidewalks and mall areas. The sidewalks are blocked with bike rentals making it dangerous in some areas to even walk.

An oasis amid busy city
Reviewed By yuta_11My husband and I lived in the Canton Residence in Foshan for five months, and we absolutely loved it. What a great experience we had to remember about our life in China. The area and surrounding are so beautiful and well maintained, it felt like we were on the resort. Our package included breakfast, gym, pool and so on. You get so much value for the money paid, that it’s absolutely worth it. Every time our friends visited us there, they just couldn’t get over how beautiful the place and the area were. We loved to take evening walks. The staff is on duty 24/7, so if anything you can always call them and ask for help. We loved the manager there, Anita, she was always super nice and accommodating. She was always ready to help and gave great suggestions and tips about life there and she went above and beyond to make us happy. The restaurants that they have on the property are amazing, healthy food for a very reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning was a delight, the variety was good and the staff was absolutely hands down the best ever. Lola and Daniel would always know our dietary preferences and Lola was always ready to help with anything we needed. I can’t say enough about this place and the people that work there. If you are thinking about whether to stay there or not, don’t think anymore, move there now, you will not regret it.

Reviewed By UshkavWe stayed six days in an executive apartment and let me tell you it was as good as staying at Times Square New York for the price of a peanut . The apartment is spacious with a master bedroom and a smaller room , kitchen cum dining and a drawing room besides balcony with a great view and a washing machine. The only thing is we pay 35rmb per day extra for kitchen equipments. Store and Train stations are right below the apartment in a happening area. Little confusion on the Name Change of the property.
