My wife and I visited a Craftart physical site near Stellenbosch, SA in late 2019 where we bought a number of small local memento's of our SA trip. Unfortunately, about 1 year later I lost a leather bracelet that I had purchased. I went online to the Craftart.Africa site and communicated with Sue H. , about the possibility of me getting a replacement bracelet. After several back and forth communications, Sue was nice enough to arrange for a replacement bracelet to be secured, she investigated my options/prices for delivery, she actually posted the item to me, and six weeks or so later it arrived in my post box in Canada! When I contacted Sue to talk about how I would then pay her for the bracelet, and the postage (and other costs), she refused any payment! She claimed it was because it had taken so long. But she was just being extremely nice to me! In these times where many are simply trying to survive Covid, businesses are simply trying to survive economically during these difficult times, etc., Sue clearly went way above what I would have expected from any business venture. And that is after payment would normally have been made to the business. Sue absorbed all of my customer costs, as well as the costs of her time. I want to publicly thank Sue for her kindness and wonderful customer support, and to encourage others to check out her online shopping site, or to visit an actual Craftart location. Sue, and her business, has certainly gained my respect and sincere gratitude for how she treated me. Wayne S. Calgary, Canada
