The Magoebaskloof Canopy Tour(R) will take you on a journey into a previously inaccessible realm of nature, as you traverse the upper level of indigenous forest and ancient mountain cliffs, overlooking the spectacular Groot Letaba River gorge. The tour includes awe-inspiring slides and platform viewpoints over three giant waterfalls, each tumbling up to 20 metres into the sparkling river below.

Blueberry Heights Farm offers blueberry picking during the Summer months (December, January and February). The farm boasts a wonderful restaurant, the Mountain Cafe, serving fresh, seasonal food. There is also a farm shop with local products and art.
Arrived early at the farm. Easy accessible with a normal road vehicle even in wet weather. Be sure to make a reservation beforehand We were lucky to get a spot. Enjoyed starters. Excellent food and service. Great and relaxing atmosphere

Come closer. That’s what the name Zwakala means and that’s the convivial African spirit behind Magoebaskloof’s first micro-brewery – Zwakala Brewery. Nestled in the Magoebaskloof Mountains, its location is as much its signature as its Award Winning beers and its Blueberry Gin and Tonic on Tap. This charming brewery has enormous windows that overlook the mountains and you can go for a tasting, head out for a picnic or just head for the river with a Zwakala beer in hand. Even better, sleep over at Zwakala River Retreat (within walking distance) to refresh your soul after a few beers! The Brewery is also popular for its wide variety of outdoor games - life-size jenga, badminton & corn hole. These are fun for both adults and kids!
We usually tour other countries however the pendentives has brought attention to home, and wooooow, we found this jewel of greatness. Zwakala is all in one, good beer, well cooked food, ambiance, the all and al of travel is here - amazing. What a pozi (hangout spot) with friends, family, alone with a laptop, bona, it is proper

Did this just because. Turned out to be more. Walking between graves that are this old does something to a regular afternoon - it adds some perspective.
