This cookery school is a must for chocoholics and anyone who enjoys creating or cooking. Learn how to enrobe, make fresh cream hand rolled truffles, moulded fondant creams, easter eggs, chocolate Christmas baubles, coloured chocolate hens ..... The list is endless. Choose from 1, 2 or 3 hour classes and expect to package and personalise your products to take home something that looks exactly as if it came from a professional chocolate shop! Tutored chocolate tastings are also available and these can be taken to any venue, hotel or office if you are a large group who can't get out to the workshop in Congresbury.
Did the 3 hour afternoon chocolate making class with Lisa, as I wanted to make some chocolates for Christmas presents! It was great fun. Learnt lots. Made 4 types of chocolate and packaged them up to take away. I also managed to recreate some of them today! Would definitely recommend and will go again! Thanks!

At the North Somerset Bird of Prey Centre we offer a wide variety of experience's and encounters which allow you to get up close and personal with owls, hawks, falcons and eagles. We also hold six open days per year where you can visit the centre, watch our flying displays and meet all of our other exotic animals. Experience days and gift vouchers can be purchased from our website and are valid for 12 months. We are available for educational talks, static and flying displays, animal therapy visits, corporate events, TV and film work, weddings, photography days and much more!
Really great place first visit was an experience day then been to a number of open days wide selection of animals all very well looked after and all animal enclosure clean and tidy very friendly staff think the bad review on here are very unfair pepole not reading the emails and not turning up on time and that’s there own fault .

What a great staycation day out for those looking to amble a few hours away shopping. Shoe and clothing outlets, pets and fish to gaze at, Costa coffee shop or the main cafe to put your feet up and gifts galore to choose from. Lovely food market at decent prices if you fancy something different for dinner. Large garden centre but not overstocked with plants perhaps due to COVID-19 causing issues at the nurseries! I thoroughly enjoyed it and will return soon for those stocking fillers! Social distancing measures in place throughout the store.

Used the gym whilst staying next door at Cadbury house. Having used many gyms over the years this is clearly one of the better ones . There are rows of varoius cv equipment along with plenty of static weight machines and free weights. Off of the main area there's other rooms for more specialist type workouts . Downstairs there's a twenty metre pool with a sauna and steam room , the shower area is also very clean and spacious, wish this was my local one !

I proper lucked out when I booked this place. The gym is fantastic and it was sunny. After my workout I went to the main building in amazing grounds, had dinner outside with some great cold white wine. Sat in the sun looking out to the great gardens. It’s on a flight path, but that didn’t detract from how great this place is. Nice rooms and staff and easy to park. Deffo recommend this place. It always helps when the sun is out. Did I say how good the gym was??? I was watching the England game as I worked out. Top drawer DoubleTree!!!
