This trip was all about hitting craft beer breweries and microbreweries. We hit Leinenkugels in the morning and Sand Creek in the afternoon. These are at the two extremes of sophistication. We loved the both, but Sand Creek was more my style. I love the small out of the way places like this. When we got to Black River Falls we found out it was Oktoberfest weekend and the University of Wisconsin was playing football. The brewery was very busy but a lot of fun. The beer was good and everyone was enjoying themselves. We would definitely go back so next time we could try the flight so we could sample more of the beers.

Just went here for the first time and will find it difficult to find a better beach in Wisconsin. Beautiful white sand beach and clear water. Definitely will return when in the area. Camping is available in a very quiet atmosphere. Great picnic spot as well and very clean.

Skyline Golf Club is an 18-hole public golf course dating back to 1957. It is a beautiful combination of wide open fairways on the front 9, with elevation changes, and a back 9 that cuts through a thick pine forest and follows a meandering creek.
Beautiful course, with rolling hills, lovely fall colors and if you're lucky some of the local wildlife will wander across the fairway. The course is challenging enough for all ability levels, but easy enough for everyone to enjoy. There is also a beautiful bar and restuarant to complete your day on the links.

Free and open to the public, the Memorial Day and Labor Day Pow Wows are wonderful displays of cultural heritage, hosted by the Ho Chunk Nation. Beautiful costumes, the food is delicious (be sure and have some fry bread!) the drumming is fantastic, vendor tents have a wide variety of Native American art and crafts. All ages will enjoy and appreciate.

You can call she does open up for appointments. Affordable, wood items, benchs, signs, seasonal, metal, candles, jewerly, trash to treasure, floral, pottery, chain saw bears. Nice mix. Free parking lot. Happy with my finds and the prices.

The casino is going through a renovation and what was open was nice. I was there for approximately 8 hours and only twice was I asked if I wanted something to drink. The workers walking around did not communicate with anyone. The staff at the rewards desk acted as if they were being inconvenienced when I arrived to get a reward card.

Take a journey back to yesteryear in our historic store dating to 1912. You'll find old time candy, classic toys, antiques, gifts, collectibles and much more.
Broad selection of fun items in an "Old general Store" atmosphere. Lots of good kids' toys, kitchen items, antiques, old fashioned candy, etc. I love their cotton, homemade aprons, and children's knit hats. I always look forward to visiting here.
