Sterling, Virginia is a census-designated place (CDP) in Loudoun County, Virginia. The population as of the 2010 United States Census was 27,822. It is located northwest of Herndon, east of Ashburn, and west of Great Falls, and includes part of Washington Dulles International Airport and the former AOL corporate headquarters. Sterling is also home to the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office LWX (serving the Baltimore–Washington Metropolitan Area), as well as the Sterling Field Support Center, the National Weather Service test, research, and evaluation center for weather instruments.

Been in Sterling for two years. Never came over tobthe Rec Center. Had to vote, but noticed the facilities. A small rock wall. A pool with a slide. Heard kids playing basketball. It’s a pretty decent rec center. Will definitely come back to check out what else they offer.

Very quiet and comfortable place. Very lovely. Great for fishing. It could be crowded on the weekend. There are several trails through the park.

Indoor high speed electric arrive and drive go kart racing. Parties and private corporate events. These are not the old fashioned lethargic, smelly gas go carts of the past. These are super high tech, state of the art Italian made electric racing karts that reach speeds up to 50 MPH. You have to experience it!

My son celebrated his 10th birthday with a couple of friends at Autobahn in Sterling (Dulles area) and they had an amazing time!! We paid for 2 races but because it was his birthday, he received a 3rd complimentary race. The staff was very helpful and professional and truly made this a great and memorable experience for the kids. I highly recommend this venue. We will definitely be going back!

This place is a well set up museum for children, however adults can enjoy it too. Very interactive. A variety of activities and exhibits. We were there the day of a special exhibit called “Turkey Talk.” A friendly, knowledgeable staff. Facility is clean with plenty of parking.

Cinema with reclining seats as well as a place to have drinks and sandwiches and usual snacks inside including a spicy chicken sandwich with fries that we always order . They will cut it in half if you request but sometimes they forget so check the nice box they pack it in before you take it inside. Also condiments are located where you pick it up. Bathrooms you enter as well as inside. Seats are quite spacious. Normally we all take sweaters as it’s cool inside but this weekend with temperatures around 100 degrees they were not required. Located on the upper levels by Seats .
