It was a great experience, giving you the feeling of absolute freedom. The procedure includes safety instructions and a brief description on how you could fly - noone can follow the exact instructions at the 1st time, so don't worry. Totally impressed by the trainer, very professional, yet cool, open and friendly. After this I decided to try a real skydiving. My suggestion: DO NOT MISS IT.
