Reviewed By Bensonkcs1. We arrived and only be told that the activities was change to another time without even double confirm with us earlier. 2. No information of what dinner menu are available at 3pm. 3. Dinner prebooked at 4pm and to be serve at 6pm and are still waiting for our dinner now and it’s 7pm. Waited for 1 hour and still nothing.

Motel style rooms located airside at Brunei International Airport. The facility opened in 2018 and provides keyless rooms bookable online. One receives a code to one's smartphone instead of a key. Short walk to aircraft departures.
Zero customer service.
Reviewed By golingiNobody there despite me informing arrival time. I called before hand and the person was unintelligible. Communicated by email with arrival time and they confirmed someone will be there for checkin but no one there.
