I first went to Hélène for a massage in 2017 it was SO good that I remembered ( for 2 years) and returned as soon as I was next in Angers. I received the shiroabhyanga & abhyanga massage both times. You don’t often see this massage offered and I found it deeply relaxing and restorative for both mind and body. Hélène is a talented healer, and an exceptional massage therapist. I have had many massages and other holistic therapies around the world and she is definitely one of the best. She is professional, calming, speaks English, and the space is soothing and relaxing. I would definitely go to her again.
