A friend strongly recommended this place as their must-go spot every year so we stopped by today on our way back to Boston. I think it’s one of the best kept secret on the Cape! Beautiful marsh and view! Wish there was kayak rental close by but then that might ruin the peacefulness here. Will definitely come back in the future to watch the sunset.

Historic landmark of S. Yarmouth very nicely maintained, clean and pleasant spot to sit and look at the lovely windmill and Bass River.
