I always have to smile when I go to Wetherby and see the police box, you expect Dr Who to jump out on you! A nice feature, which I hope will remain for many years.

On a lovely warm, sunny afternoon it was a pleasure to come here. Having parked the car in the leisure centre car park we strolled along the along the bank of the river Wharfe, taking in the lovely views, before crossing the pedestrian bridge and looping back into the town centre. It was all very peaceful, and we enjoyed taking time to sit on a bench to watch people swim in the river or simply have fun walking their dogs. Really enjoyed it.
