with its own military area for those who have passed this well maintained location in Warwick RI holds the remains of my family and many old friends who have passed away. Many groups have special sections and the maintanance of the grounds is just outstanding.. It is for the most part a Jewish cemetery. May they all rest in peace. I visit my family at least twice a month. It is peaceful.

Chabad Lubavitch is a family place for Jews and non-Jews alike. It's a place to learn about Judaism and take part in cultural activities.
Thankfully, RI HAS THE LAUFERS..... Today we were able to enjoy the Mitzvah of eating in a Sukkah, praying/making the blessings with the lulav and Etrog, and thanking G-d for the opportunity to know this joy. The Laufer families in Rhode Island are incredible the way they diligently keep the RI Jewish Community connected to the mitzvot we wish to do. My daughter and her daughters in Cumberland were lucky enough to have the Northern RI Chabad, with Rabbi Ari Laufer and family in their travelling Sukkah visit them. We were not there at the time, so though we were so happy to hear of their wonderful time shared, we were regretful we missed it. Luckily, today, we decided to go to a Sukkah, the Warwick Chabad Center of West Bay. Though we did not call ahead... the place was there waiting for us! We were able to sit in the Sukkah, shake the lulav and Etrog that was there on the table in the Sukkah, and we brought some kosher U cookies and fruit so we could eat in the sukkah as well. I cannot find the words to express how having that available lifted my spirits and now we are looking forward to a very Good Shabbat. Though we make our own Challah, Rabbi Yossi Laufer would not let us leave without giving us a goodie bag filled with a challah and other treats. If you have an " inkling" to connect with your Jewish spirit, the RI Laufers are there to help! Read less
