Amazing experience. The Customer service and experience was absolutely top. We had several special requests as we were travelling with a 14-month old baby and wanted/needed everything private, including the airboat tour. We found ourselves in the best hands. Everything was organised at top notch level. Speed of answers to our questions was at speed of light. Even on 26 Dec!! The driver was amazing, he also explained to the airboat captain that due to the baby we want the airboat to go slower than usual because of the winds. Super friendly service. Super reliable. Best experience. Thank you Maya and everyone involved for this unique experience!!!

Was visiting my newly found sister, who happens to work for Gatorpark. Her name is Susan Greenburg. She set up a wonderful sunset airboat ride into the Everglades. Our driver Kennasaw was a seasoned veteran at the controls. My grandchildren loved the ride, made memories to last a lifetime. Stopped at an old house in the Park which was used by President Eisenhower. This Park is well worth the trip if in the Miami area.

The airboat ride was a blast, our boat pilot controlled the boat like a real vet. I had no idea that these boats were so quick and nimble. The zoo was a nice surprise and the facility was well organized and well kept.

The Kennedy Space Center is certainly one of the mythical places to visit during a stay in Florida, it represents one of the great parts of the history of the conquest of space, from the first failed tests to Space X by the way. by the first man on the moon and the space shuttle. He is still very active today and will soon see the astronauts returning to the Moon taking off from his mythical launch pads and who knows, maybe the first Man on Mars… We will leave Miami or Miami Beach from the place of your choice, we will drop you off, of course, at the place you indicate to us. The transport is completely private and our guide will accompany you throughout the excursion, the big plus of this visit is its completely private aspect.

I loved the open-air van and the smaller group of people on the tour--in fact, they ran the tour for just my husband and me. Our guide, Charles, was very friendly and professional and shared good information with us. He was also a careful driver. It was a great overview of Miami and Miami Beach. There were two stops--Little Havana and Wynwood Walls. One extra stop might have been nice to break up all the driving. I could have done without all that driving around in Miami Beach. Maybe stop there and let us walk around and explore the beach area for 20 minutes? But that is just a small recommendation. We were very pleased with the trip and the value.
