Running from Smith Falls to Strathcona, the Cataraqui Trail provides a beautiful place to go walking, cycling, horse-back riding, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. The scenic trail runs along the former Canadian National Railway line and is 104 km long. You will pass by rural farmlands, forest, fields, and many small lakes, rivers, and marshland. You will also spot a wide variety of wildlife in their natural habitats.
Great trail for multi use in winter. Snowshoe, walking, snowmobile, fat bike. Can't wait to try it out in summer. New paved section.
