We are a 11 hectare organic farm located half way between Florence & Rome. We produce olive oil, wine, honey, herbs & wheat in one of tuscany's hidden rural gems....you'll never have experienced a Tuscany quite like it! Please come and visit our farm. From May to October we run a "Field to Table" healthy eatery in the most beautiful setting, a fixed menu using only our own ingredients. For that special occasion (birthday, anniversary, romantic date) you can book us exclusively for yourselves. We also offer farm days for people on vacation in the area where we teach you about what we do, how we do it and you can also learn to prepare some simple dishes. Just call us or send us an email. We are bilingual English/Italian. Great for adults and kids alike. Visit our website or call us.

These natural springs are relaxing and beautiful. Even in moid-October, they were plenty warm and so enjoyable. As others have said, you have to walk a bit, but it is well with it. Bring coins for metered parking and don't forget water shoes and a change of clothes for afterwards, as the white debris and odor will stick with you. Note that there is nowhere to change except for some not-so-nice bathrooms, so bring a second dry towel to sit on in the car and change later. Also, the gelato place in town was THE best we had in our whole two weeks in Italy! Bette than Rome's or Palermo's top-rated places. The torrone gelato was especially delicious.
